Receta Buttered Veggies
Sometimes I like my veggie side dishes steamed or boiled. A little butter from time to time is just nice too.
Ingredientes
- 2carrots, peeled
- 8 baby corn, cleaned
- 100 gmsfrench beans
- 1zucchini, sliced
- 1/2 cupmushrooms (khumbh), halved
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- 1 tspcumin seeds (jeera)
- 1/2 cupwalnuts (akhrot), halved
- 1 tbspbutter
- salt to taste
Direcciones
- Cut the carrots lengthwise into thick sticks.
- Parboil the carrot sticks, baby corn and french beans.
- Remove from the fire, drain and keep aside.
- Heat the butter in a pan, add the cumin seeds and roast till they crackle.
- Add the walnuts and cook for some time.
- Add the carrots, baby corn, french beans, zucchini , mushrooms and cherry tomatoes and stir fry till the vegetables get a glaze. Serve hot.
