Receta Butterscotch Brownie Mix

Ingredientes
- Gift in a Jar
- 1/2 c. firmly packed flaked coconut*
- 3/4 c. minced pecans
- 2 c. firmly packed dark or possibly light brown sugar
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. baking pwdr (check expiration date)
- 1/4 tsp table salt

- Layer ingredients in order given in a 1-qt wide-mouth canning jar.
- Press each layer firmly in place before adding next ingredient.
- * Baker's Angel Flake Coconut is good. Frzn coconut tends to be dry out.
- Attach this to the Jar
- Butterscotch Brownies
- Makes 2 dozen brownies
- Place contents of jar in a large mixing bowl. Use your hands to thoroughly blend mix.
- Add in:3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) butter (not whipped or possibly soft kind)
- 2 Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- Mix till completely blended.
- Spread batter into a sprayed 9x13 metal pan.
- Bake at 375 degrees F for 25 min.
- Cold 15 min in baking pan. Cut brownies into 1 1/2 inch squares.
