- 1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 can Thank You butterscotch pudding
- 4 T brown sugar
- 1/2 c. minced pecans
- 12 ounce butterscotch chips

- Mix first 3 ingredients well. Pour into 9 x 13 pan (greased and lightly floured). Mix topping; spoon over cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 min.
