Ingredientes
- ¼ cup warm whole milk
- ¼ cup warm water
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- For the dough:
- 2 ¼ cups all purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 3 large eggs, beaten
- 12 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into 10 pieces, at room temperature
- For baking:
- 1 ½ tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 large egg, beaten
- ½ tablespoon whole milk
- Special equipment: stand mixer with dough hook, pastry brushes, 10 (3-inch wide) fluted brioche molds or a muffin tin for 10 muffins
