Ingredientes
- 1 1/4 c. sifted flour
- 3 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 2 teaspoon salad oil
Direcciones
- Sift together dry ingredients. Combine egg, lowfat milk and salad oil; add in dry ingredients, stirring just till moistened. Cook on warm griddle. Makes 12 dollar size or possibly eight 4 inch pancakes. For thinner pancakes, add in 2 tsp. lowfat milk to batter.
