Ingredientes
- 2 tsp onion pwdr
- 1/2 tsp freshly-grnd white pepper
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 8 x pork rib or possibly loin chops, 1 1/4" thick
Direcciones
- Combine onion pwdr and peppers and 1/4 tsp. salt in a bowl. Rub both sides of the chops with pepper mix.
- Grill chops on the rack of an uncovered grill directly over medium coals for 25 to 35 min or possibly till no longer pink and juices run clear, turning once.
