Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. canola oil
- 1 sm onion minced
- 1 x cubanel (frying) pepper seeded and minced
- 5 x plum tomatoes peeled, seeded, and minced
- 15 3/4 ounce canned black beans rinsed and liquid removed
- 1/2 tsp warm sauce
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 Tbsp. coarsely minced cilantro
Direcciones
- In a deep-sided 12-inch skillet, heat oil over moderately high heat. Add in onion and pepper and saute/fry till vegetables just begin to wilt for about 2 min. Add in tomatoes and cook, stirring, for 2 min more.
- Add in black beans, warm pepper sauce, and salt. Cover and cook till heated through to about 3 min. Remove from heat and stir in cilantro.
