Receta Carolina Style Spanish Rice

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 1 T Wesson oil
- 1 sm. onion
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1 stalk celery
- 2 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
- 2 1/2 c. cubed ham
Direcciones
- Cook rice in oil till golden brown. Chop onion, green pepper and celery. Add in to rice. Stir in tomatoes. Heat to boiling. Lower heat. Cover and cook about 25 min till rice is tender. Add in ham to rice and heat till ham is hot. Makes 6 servings, 1 cup each.
