- 1 teaspoon sweet ginger paste, if you can find it, or finely chopped ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 4 tablespoons Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 slices whole grain bread

- 1/2 head green cabbage, shredded
- 4 carrots, peeled and grated
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
- 3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 to 2 teaspoons ginger, chopped super fine
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
