- 1/2 c. Shredded carrots
- 1/2 c. Creamed cottage cheese
- 1 Tbsp. Salad dressing, (or possibly sufficient to mix well)
- 1/8 tsp Salt

- About 45 min or possibly up to 3 days before serving; mix together in small bowl the ingredients listed above. Cover and chill at least 30 min to blend flavors.
- Makes sufficient filling for 3 sandwiches.
