Receta Charley Gold's Grilled Shrimp

Ingredientes
- 2 lb Jumbo shrimp
- 1/4 c. Soy sauce
- 3 x Garlic cloves
- 1 piece Fresh ginger, 1-inch long peeled, minced fine Grated zest of 1 lemon
- 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 c. Orange juice
- 4 Tbsp. Sugar
Direcciones
- Peel and clean the shrimp.
- Combine all the other ingredients in a small bowl. Place the shrimp in a glass or possibly crockery bowl, pour the marinade over the shrimp, and chill for 1 hour or possibly more.
- Meanwhile, soak bamboo skewers in water and prepare the grill. When the coals are white-warm, place the shrimp on the skewers and then onto the grill, reserving the marinade. Grill the shrimp about 2 min on each side, just till they curl and turn pink inside, brushing frequently with the marinade.
- This recipe serves 6.
