Receta Cheat's Passion Fruit Brules

Ingredientes
- 570 ml Lowfat milk, (1 pint)
- 1 x Vanilla pod
- 4 x Egg yolks
- 55 gm Caster sugar, (4oz)
- 55 gm Plain flour, (2oz) Passion fruit to taste, about 4 Caster sugar to glaze, with a blow torch Seasonal fruit and mint, to garnish
Direcciones
- Boil the lowfat milk with the vanilla pod. Mix the yolks, sugar and flour together. Pour half the lowfat milk onto the yolk mix. Pour the mix back into the pan and boil for 1 minute till thickened.
- Halve the passion fruit and remove the flesh, Sieve - add in to the custard mix, mix and taste. Divide the custard mix between individual ramekin dishes and let cold slightly. Scatter with the caster sugar and caramelise. Decorate with seasonal fruits and serve.
