Receta Cheese Bruschetta with Red & Green Bell Peppers

Ingredientes
- One 20 ounce loaf French Bread (cut 2" off both ends) slice bread
- 4 ounces softened cream cheese
- 1/4 Red Bell Peppers (Finely diced)
- 1/4 Green Bell Pepper (Finely diced)
- 1/2 cup grated Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/4 Cup grated Parmesan Cheese
Direcciones
- Pre Heat Oven 400 F
- In a mixing bowl add cream cheese, both finely diced peppers, and stir well to combine, add both cheeses and stir again
- Spread on each slice of bread liberally
- Place onto a non stick baking sheet pan(s), keep an eye on them not to burn only takes minutes to bake and melt cheese
- Delicious with any Pasta Main Course
