- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Flour
- 1 x Egg yolk
- 1 tsp Melted butter
- 1 Tbsp. Lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 tsp Grated lemon rind
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
