Receta Cherry Blueberry Cobbler

Ingredientes
- 2 c. frzn dark sweet cherries
- 2 c. frzn blueberries
- 1/2 c. heat-resistant sugar substitute
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. Vanilla Dessert Mix
- 2 Tbsp. orange juice
- 1/2 tsp Ginger
- 1 1/2 c. reduced-fat all-purpose baking mix
- 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Direcciones
- In 1-1/2 qt/liter glass baking dish, combine cherries, blueberries, sugar substitute, Vanilla Dessert Mix, orange juice and ginger; mix well.
- Microwave, uncovered, (HIGH) for 3 to 4 min or possibly till mix begins to boil and thicken, stirring once or possibly twice. Remove from microwave and preheat oven to 350:F/180:C. Combine baking mix, skim lowfat milk, and cinnamon and mix just till a soft dough forms. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto warm fruit mix. Bake for 15 to 20 min or possibly till dumplings are golden.
- Serve hot.
