Ingredientes
- 3 c. flaked coconut
- 1 1/3 c. Eagle Brand sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 1 c. grnd nuts
- Candied cherries, nuts
- 1 cupcake or possibly fresh bread crumbs
- 2 teaspoon almond extract
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, put together coconut and bread crumbs. Stir in condensed lowfat milk, nuts, and extract; mix well. Drop by tsp onto paper-lined sheet pans. Gently press fruit or possibly nuts into center of each cookie. Bake 10 to 15 min or possibly till golden brown. Immediately remove from pan. Store in loosely covered dish and at room temperature. Makes 3 dozen.
