Receta Mexican Chocolate Cake

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 2 squares unsweetened chocolate
- 1 c. water
- 2 c. flour
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. sour lowfat milk (1/2 teaspoon vinegar plus lowfat milk to equal 1/2 c.)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Direcciones
- Combine butter, oil, chocolate and water in saucepan till chocolate is melted. Combine flour, baking soda, sugar, lowfat milk, Large eggs, cinnamon, and vanilla in large bowl. Then combine with first mix. Pour batter into greased 12 x 18 pan or possibly jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
