  • Oil as needed
  • 4 ounce. orange juice concentrate
  • 4 ounce. pecan halves
  • Healthy pinch of nutmeg
  • Healthy pinch of cinnamon
  • 4 ounce. brown sugar

Direcciones

  1. Dredge chicken breasts in flour shake off excess. Saute/fry lightly in oil. Remove from pan. Add in remaining items to pan let reduce to a thick sauce. Add in fresh orange slices and return chicken to sauce to complete cooking. To richen this dish up you may add in whole butter to the sauce before service.
