Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. margarine or possibly butter
- 1 1/4 lb skinless boneless chicken breast halves cut into thin strips
- 1 lrg unpeeled tart eating apple sliced
- 1 3/4 c. chicken broth
- 1 pkt fast cooking long (6.25 oz) grain and wild rice mix additional apples slices if you like
Direcciones
- Heat margarine in 12 inch skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken and apple in margarine 10-12 min, stirring occasionally, till chicken is no longer pink in center. Stir in broth and rice. Heat to boiling; reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer about 5 min or possibly till rice is tender. Top with additional apple slices.
