  • 6-8 chicken legs (or possibly 4 breasts)
  • 1 1/2 c. rice (uncooked rice)
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 3/4 can water
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 packet Lipton onion soup mix

Direcciones

  1. Cook rice according to directions. Mix soup, water, lowfat milk and onion soup mix. Butter the bottom of pan. Place mix in pan. Place chicken on top, skin side down. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Turn chicken skin side up and bake for another 15 min or possibly till brown.
