  • 1 cup onion, chopper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, preminced oil-packed
  • 1 can (15 ounces) tomatoes, diced pepper-onion-seasoned
  • 1 can (14 ounces) chicken broth
  • 1 cup drained roasted red bell peppers
  • 1 cup (7 ounces) rice yellow saffron
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/2 pound chicken sausage
