  • 1 lb chicken tenders - (to 1 1/2 lbs) cubed (or possibly use boneless chicken breasts)
  • 2 med onions coarsely minced
  • 1 med or possibly 2 small zucchini quartered, and sliced 1/2" thick
  • 1 x green bell pepper coarsely minced
  • 2 x garlic cloves - (to 3) thinly sliced
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes - (28 ounce)
  • 1 can diced tomatoes - (15 ounce)
  • 1 pkt country gravy mix or possibly chicken gravy mix
  • 1/2 tsp dry sweet basil
  • 1 tsp dry leaf oregano

Direcciones

  1. Combine all ingredients in the crockpot (3 1/2-qt or possibly larger). Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 9 hrs.
  2. Serve over warm cooked pasta or possibly as a sauce in lasagna.
