Receta Chicken And Vegetable Pasta Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1 lb chicken tenders - (to 1 1/2 lbs) cubed (or possibly use boneless chicken breasts)
- 2 med onions coarsely minced
- 1 med or possibly 2 small zucchini quartered, and sliced 1/2" thick
- 1 x green bell pepper coarsely minced
- 2 x garlic cloves - (to 3) thinly sliced
- 1 can crushed tomatoes - (28 ounce)
- 1 can diced tomatoes - (15 ounce)
- 1 pkt country gravy mix or possibly chicken gravy mix
- 1/2 tsp dry sweet basil
- 1 tsp dry leaf oregano
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients in the crockpot (3 1/2-qt or possibly larger). Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 9 hrs.
- Serve over warm cooked pasta or possibly as a sauce in lasagna.
- This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
