Ingredientes
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1/2 c. diced celery
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1-2 lbs. chicken (legs, thighs, breasts)
- 1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Direcciones
- Mix rice, celery, water, soups in a 9"x13" baking pan. Lay chicken on top and sprinkle with onion soup mix. Cover and bake for 2 1/2 hrs at 350 degrees.
