Receta Chicken Chow Mein

Ingredientes
- 1 c. water or possibly chicken broth
- 1 c. onions, sliced
- 3 c. celery, sliced
- 1 (No. 2) can bean sprouts
- 6 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 sm. can mushrooms
- 1 (10 ounce.) can water chestnuts
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- Meat from 1 cooked chicken
Direcciones
- Cook the onions and celery in water and soy sauce. When done add in the bean sprouts, water chestnuts and mushrooms. Thicken with the cornstarch. Add in the cut up chicken last. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve on chow mein noodles or possibly rice.
