Ingredientes
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1 1/2 c. minced celery
- 3/4 c. minced onion
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 c. minced, cooked chicken
- 1 can chop suey vegetables, liquid removed
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
Direcciones
- Combine chicken broth, celery, onions and pepper in a 3 qt saucepan; cook till celery and onion are tender. Add in chicken and vegetables; stir well. Combine cornstarch and soy sauce. Gradually add in vegetable mix, stirring continuously till thickened. Serve over chow mein noodles. Yield: 6 servings.
