Receta Chicken Coq Au Vin (Crockpot)

Ingredientes
- 2 x frying chickens cut up
- 12 sm whole onions (12 to 16)
- 1/2 lb mushrooms sliced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 c. chicken stock
- 1 c. dry white or possibly red wine
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3 Tbsp. butter
Direcciones
- Place onions in bottom of cooker, then add in all remaining ingredients except flour and butter.
- Cook on low heat 8-10 hrs or possibly high heat 3-4 hrs.
- To thicken sauce, remove 1/4 c. liquid from cooker. Heat butter in saucepan, stir in flour and liquid. When blended, return to cooker.
- NOTES : This is a great Chicken Crockpot recipe.
