Receta Chicken Fried Pork Chops

Ingredientes
- 4 good sized pork chops, fat trimmed
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- 3 tbsp. water
- 1/4 c. flour
- 3/4 c. cornmeal
- Seasoning salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Peanut oil for pan frying
Direcciones
- Whip the Large eggs with 3 tbsp. water to make an egg wash. Mix the remaining ingredients except the oil, together and place on a plate. Dip the chops into the egg wash and then into the coating mix. Pan fry in a bit of oil over medium heat till golden and done to your taste.
