Ingredientes
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into 1 1/2 inch pcs
- Fresh mushrooms, sliced in 1/2
- Green onion (ends with white)
- 1/2 c. red barbecue sauce
- 1/2 c. Italian dressing
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Direcciones
- Change to taste.
- Mix last 3 ingredients; cover chicken with sauce in a bowl and let stand in refrigerator for about 3 hrs. Alternate chicken, mushrooms, and green onion on skewers. Baste with sauce while grilling (do not let the smoke get in your eyes!). Grill till done and serve. Leftover sauce is good on most meats.
