Receta Chicken Meatloaf
Chicken Meatloaf is a great mouth-watering dish and is a variation of the traditional beef meatloaf. Try this meatloaf recipe with mashed potatoes and steamed green veggies.
Ingredientes
- 450 gm ground chicken
- 1 egg whites
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon thymol seeds
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 medium chopped carrot
- 1/4 cup tomato ketchup
- 1 teaspoon Worcestshire sauce
- 1 pinch powdered black pepper

- Step 1
- Preheat oven to 350 degree Celsius for preparing chicken meatloaf.
- Step 2
- Combine the ground chicken and bread crumbs in a large bowl and keep this aside.
- Step 3
- Cut the carrots and onion into chunks and add both of them to a blender.
- Step 4
- Add the remaining ingredients to the blender and process them in the blender, until the carrot is very fine.
- Step 5
- Pour this blender mixture over the meat mixture, mix them using your hands.
- Step 6
- Shape this mixture into a loaf and place it in a lightly greased pan. Cover it with a foil and bake for an hour.
- Step 7
- Remove the foil and continue baking for another 15-30 minutes, until loaf is nicely cooked. Serve hot, when its done.
