Ingredientes
- 3 pound chicken
- 3 tbsp. salad oil
- 1 teaspoon flour
- 1 med. onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 #2 can (or possibly 2 1/2 c. cooked) tomatoes
- Few grains pepper
- 1 teaspoon chili pwdr
- Warm cooked rice
Direcciones
- Wash chicken; dry; split. Brown in salad oil. Remove chicken. Blend flour with salad oil in pan. Slice onion; add in with tomatoes, salt, pepper and chili pwdr; heat. Add in chicken. Cover; simmer 1 hour and 15 min. Serve on rice. Serves 4.
