Receta Chicken Mushroom Timbales

Ingredientes
- 2 c. cooked chicken
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. liquid non-dairy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon monosodium glutamate
- 1 dash white pepper
- 1/2 c. celery
- 1 c. oatmeal, uncooked
- 4 1/2 jar sliced mushrooms
Direcciones
- In large bowl combine 2 c. diced, cooked chicken, 2 Large eggs, non-dairy cream, salt and monosodium glutamate, dash white pepper, 1 Tbsp. steak sauce, celery, 1 c. uncooked oatmeal and 4 1/2 oz jar of sliced mushrooms, liquid removed. Blend mix well, divide equally into 6 well greased custard c. and bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 45 min. Turn out onto platter covered with greens or possibly endives and pour warm cheese sauce over each. Warm Cheese Sauce: Mix 1 can cheese soup with 1/2 can of lowfat milk which has been cooked till smooth.
