Receta Chicken Nacho Soup

Ingredientes
- 2 c. cooked, diced chicken
- 6 c. chicken broth (or possibly use bouillon)
- 1 1/2 c. long grain rice
- 1 env. dry onion soup mix
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. minced celery
- 1/4 c. minced green pepper
- Dorito type chips
- Shredded cheddar cheese
Direcciones
- Cook chicken, save broth. Add in additional water if necessary to make 6 c. broth. Add in bouillon to taste. Add in raw rice, seasonings and vegetables. Cook over medium heat till rice and vegetables are tender (about 20 min). Add in more liquid as needed.
- Place a handful of Dorito type chips in individual bowls. Top with some shredded cheese. Cover with warm soup. Serve immediately.
