Receta Chicken Pizza

Ingredientes
- 2 lg. skinless chicken breasts
- 1 lg. onion, minced
- 1 lg. green pepper, minced
- 1 can black olives, sliced
- 1 (8 ounce.) can sliced mushrooms
- 2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 pound mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1 can crescent rolls
- 1 can pizza sauce
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 2 tbsp. oil
Direcciones
- Line bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan with rolls. Cut chicken in 1 inch pcs and saute/fry in oil in large skillet till tender. Add in onion and pepper. Simmer for 10 min. Add in olives, mushrooms, salt, oregano and garlic pwdr. Let heat through. Spread pizza sauce over dough. Remove skillet from heat and stir in mushroom soup.
- Spoon 1/2 mix over pan. Spread Parmesan cheese and 1/2 of mozzarella. Add in remaining skillet mix. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 min. Spread remaining mozzarella and bake only till cheese is melted, not brown.
