Receta Chicken-Rice Soup

Ingredientes
- 5-1/2 cups canned chicken broth
- 1/8 tsp poultry seasoning
- 1/8 tsp dried thyme, crushed
- 1 medium-size carrot, peeled, sliced (about 1/2 cup)
- 1 celery rib, sliced (about 1/2 cup)
- 1 small onion, finely chopped (about 1/4 cup)
- 1/2 cup uncooked long grain white rice
- 2 (4.5 oz) cans white chunk-style (water-pack) chicken breast, drained
Direcciones
- Heat the broth, poultry seasoning, thyme, carrot, celery and onion in a 3 quart-size saucepan over medium-high heat to a boil. Stir in the rice. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
- Stir the chicken into the saucepan; cook until mixture is hot and bubbly.
