Receta Chicken Salad Combo Croissant

Ingredientes
- 3 c. chicken, cooked & chunked
- 1 c. celery, minced
- 3 T parsley, minced
- 1 c. grapes, green, halved
- 1/2 c. pimiento, minced
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1 T cider vinegar
- 1 T oil
- 2 T honey
- 1/2 teaspoon tarragon
- 1 c. Miracle Whip
- 8 lg. croissants
- 8 pineapple slices, well liquid removed
- 16 crisp bacon strips
Direcciones
- Mix together chicken, celery, parsley, grapes and pimientos; set aside. Whisk together lemon juice, cider vinegar, oil, honey and tarragon, till smooth. Add in 1/2 cup Miracle Whip and blend. Stir dressing into the chicken mix. Spread sliced croissants with remaining Miracle Whip. Cover with lettuce leaf, pile on chicken salad mix. Cover with a pineapple slice and 2 bacon strips on each croissant. Yield: 8 servings.
