I got this recipe from Sandra Lee on Food Network. It's so good, super easy and comes out delicious!!! It's awesome to make into sandwiches, serve as skewers or really anytime.

Ingredientes

Cost per serving $0.12 view details
  • 2 T fresh dill, chopped (I used freeze dried and it worked great too, this is different then regular dried, don't use dried)
  • 1 T minced garlic
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 3 T olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • Chicken. This recipe makes a lot of marinade so you can use about 2 pounds or so of chicken

Direcciones

  1. In a large bowl, combine the dill, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
  2. Stir in the lemon juice and olive oil.
  3. Coat the chicken in the marinade and let sit for several hours or overnight.
  4. Cook the chicken however you'd like. I like mine grilled. The smoky char adds even more.
  5. This is great served with tzatziki sauce and pita!

Looks good. I like souvlakis... my Chef friend showed me my first souvlaki and I enjoyed it much.
