Ingredientes
- 1 chicken, boiled & boned
- 1 can Mountain Pass enchilada sauce
- 1 can mushroom soup
- Chili pwdr
- 1 1/2 - 2 c. chicken broth
- 1 pkg. fried tortillas (fry tortillas in a small amount of oil)
- Longhorn cheese
Direcciones
- Combine enchilada sauce, soup, chili pwdr and broth. Cook together till soup is dissolved. In a casserole dish put a layer of tortillas and then a layer of chicken. Repeat till tortillas and chicken are used up. Pour liquid over layered mix. Top with longhorn cheese. Bake at 350 degrees till cheese melts.
