Receta Chicken With White Beans

Ingredientes
- 2 c. Sliced carrots
- 1 c. Minced celery
- 1 med Onion, thinly sliced
- 2 x Cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lb Boneless chicken breasts
- 3 c. Ragu old world pasta sauce
- 2 can (15 ounce. each) white beans, liquid removed and rinsed
- 1 pch Crushed red pepper
Direcciones
- In a large skillet, saute/fry vegetables and garlic in extra virgin olive oil about 3 min or possibly till tender; remove and set aside. Slice chicken into thick strips. In the same skillet, thoroughly brown chicken on all sides. Return vegetables to skillet. Add in sauce, beans, and crushed red pepper flakes.
- Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium; cover and simmer 20-25 min or possibly till chicken is thoroughly cooked. Stir occasionally.
- Serves 6.
