- 3 to 4 pound shoulder pork roast (boneless)
- 1 lg. can Ortega green chile salsa
- 1 med. can Ortega minced green chiles
- Garlic salt to taste
Direcciones
- In crock pot place pork roast (sprinkled with garlic salt to taste), can of green salsa and minced chiles. Turn crock pot to medium setting. Cook 6 to 8 hrs till pork is tender.
