Ingredientes
- 2 pound grnd beef, or possibly 1 pound beef and 1 pound turkey
- 1 pound minced onion
- 1 (16 ounce.) can tomato sauce
- 4 stewed tomatoes
- 2 c. water
- 1 teaspoon green peppers, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 tbsp. chili pwdr
- 1 tbsp. molasses
- 1/3 c. bourbon (optional)
- 2 jalapeno peppers, minced
Direcciones
- Brown grnd meat and onions in large pot. Drain the fat and add in remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer 1 hour, stirring often.
