Ingredientes
- Top Ramen (Oriental) seasoning packet (reserve noodles for second step)
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 3 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. sugar Salt, to taste Sesame seed oil, to taste Cayenne pepper, red pepper flakes or possibly chili oil, to taste Combine all the above ingredients, then add in:
- 2 c. finely shredded cabbage
- 1 c. diced, cooked chicken Top Ramen noodles, broken
- 1 x green onion, sliced
- 1 x carrot, shredded
- 1/2 c. dry roasted peanuts, minced Cilantro to taste, minced
Direcciones
- Let marinate for several hrs or possibly overnight, stirring occasionally to moisten noodles. Serve cool or possibly at room temperature.
