Receta Chinese Pasta Salad With Shellfish

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. Snow peas
- 250 gm Rice vermicelli
- 1 x Red pepper sliced thin
- 1/2 x English cucumber sliced thin
- 6 ounce Cooked shrimp
- 130 gm Crabmeat
- 1 tsp Fine minced fresh ginger
- 1 x Minced garlic clove
- 2 tsp Sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- 3 tsp Vegetable oil
- 1 tsp Red wine vinegar
Direcciones
- Wash and trim snwo peas. Place them in a bowl and pour in sufficient boiling water to cover them. Let stand 10 min; drain and set aside. Cook the noodles in plenty of boiling water for 3 to 4 min. Drain in colander, rinse with cool water and set aside. In large bowl, combine noodles, snow peas, red pepper, cucumber, shrimp and crabmeat. In a small bowl, combine ginger, garlic, sesame oil, pepper, salt, vegetable oil, lemon juice and vinegar. Pour this dressing over the other ingredients and mix thoroughly. Refrigeratebefore serving.
