  1. Cut shrimp in 1/2 inch pcs, add in sauce and let it marinate. Meanwhile, cook peas in boiling water for 10 min, drain.
  2. Heat 3 Tbsp. oil and clove of garlic. Remove garlic and add in shrimp. Stir fry for 3 min, add in peas and mushroom and 1/2 c. water. Cover and cook 2 min. Serve with green onion sprinkled on top.
