Ingredientes
- 1 pound thinly sliced zucchini
- 1 sm. onion, thinly sliced
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. bacon fat or possibly oil
- 4 tbsp. soy sauce
Direcciones
- In skillet heat 1/4 c. bacon fat or possibly oil. Add in zucchini, onion, garlic and 1/4 c. water. Stir; cook uncovered till tender (about 10 min). Remove garlic; sprinkle soy sauce over zucchini. Cook 5 min longer. 4 servings.
