- In skillet, heat 4 Tbsp. butter. Break up 1 package dry chipped beef into small pcs and brown. Sprinkle 4 Tbsp. flour over beef, mix well. Then add in 2 1/2 c. lowfat milk slowly. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly. Makes 6 servings.
