Receta Chocolate Bavarian Cream Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 squares unsweetened chocolate
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. warm lowfat milk
- 1 T gelatin
- 1/4 c. cool water
- 1 pt. whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 pkg. Oreo cookies
- Dash of salt
Direcciones
- Soak gelatin in cold water. Heat chocolate in double boiler and add in sugar, salt and hot lowfat milk. If you have an electric range, use on simmer, cook for a couple min. Add in gelatin to hot chocolate mix. Cool till it begins to thicken. Beat with beater till mix becomes very light. Mix in whipped cream. Add in vanilla. Line pie plate with Oreo cookies. Pour in cream mix. Place in refrigerator to cool.
