Receta Chocolate Dipped Peanut Butter Balls

Ingredientes
- 12 ounce. creamy peanut butter
- 1 pound confectioners' sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 6 ounce. chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp. shortening
Direcciones
- 1. Cream together peanut butter, sugar, butter and vanilla. Shape into small balls. Cover and chill for 2 hrs or possibly overnight.
- 2. Heat chocolate chips and shortening over warm water. Dip balls in chocolate mix using toothpicks. Place on waxed paper till hardened. Chill.
