- 2ND LAYER: Mix sugar, softened cream cheese and 1 c. Cold Whip; spread on baked pastry.
- 3RD LAYER: Mix instant chocolate pudding according to package directions. Spread on other layers.
- TOPPING: Use remaining carton of Cold Whip and spread grated Hershey bar on top. Refrigerate3 to 5 hrs before serving.
