Receta Chocolate Filled Cookies

Ingredientes
- 8 ounce. cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 sticks butter, room temperature
- 2 c. flour

- DOUGH: Mix first 3 ingredients thoroughly. Divide into 8 equal parts. Refrigeratedough overnight.
- FILLING: Heat lowfat milk over double boiler warm sufficient to heat chocolate chips. Add in nuts and keep hot.
- Roll dough on waxed paper covered generously with confectioner's sugar (about 1/4 c.) into a 12 x 6 inch rectangle. Spread filling down center of rectangle in narrow strip. Roll ends over filling to make a log. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees till golden. Cold and slice on an angle to make 1 inch pcs. Makes 6 to 7 dozen.
