Receta Chocolate Pistachio Bread

Chocolate and Pistachio just seems to go together. Well, actually, there isn't much that doesn't go with chocolate, right? This Chocolate Pistachio Bread is a real winner. Not too sweet, filled with roasted pistachio pieces. A perfect dessert, snack, or even breakfast!

I made this bread last weekend, along with a few other goodies and then on Monday promptly shipped it all off to Christopher in Florida. I told him it was coming with two slices cut and the end piece missing. Ha! Well, if I am going to blog about it I have to at least taste it, right?
